Just saw episode on Velocity on 2006 Blue, stripe delete, 364 miles, owned by Reggie Jackson goes to auction (Auction America). I believe episode from 2012 (they mention 6 year old car). Comes with 1/3 scale identical blue wind tunnel model? Pre auction estimate $175,000. Goes for $160,000!!. I must say these stripe delete blue cars are gorgeous!! I would think in today's market $250,000 +! Has the market changed so quickly?
Any comment on these 1/3 models?

Reggie Jackson's Ford GT sold nearly three years ago (mid 2011). Prices have climbed dramatically since then. That car today is probably in the $250k range.

3 years ago (late 2010), when I started the search for my 1st one, you could buy GT's with a few k miles or so for mid 100k prices. Same cars today are 80k+ more easily. They have gone up (conservative estimate) 50-60% in value in 3 years; some even more.
