For the record, Ford or any manufacturer must honor all warranty claims unless they can prove that an added aftermarket part was the cause for their parts/unit to fail. End of story, there is federal law to support this.

Thanks for the warm welcome! Feel free to ask any questions here about tech or parts. We will do our best to help. We have installed the Ford Racing exhaust from the headers back and just the muffler on another car. We have also tuned a couple of them on the dyno with impressive results. We now have supercharger pulleys ranging from 16-18 lbs of boost that are a direct bolt on. Again, thanks for the warm welcome.

How much louder was the Ford Racing muffler only install? Does it have different looking exhaust tips?

The muffler alone I do not have dyno numbers on. With the Muffler and filters, we saw 529/502 torque without a tune. With the tune, I got 557/509. These are only peak numbers, and not the midrange and low end. The majority of the power is in the midrange on the modifications listed. I will try to get a dyno graph posted in the next couple of days.
