Here are 2 video's of a 1981 Cessna Citation II starting and taking off from the runway in the airpark where i live. the start up takes place down by the Pilots Lounge which is 3/4 of a mile from my house by taxi way and the take off starts a mere 1/4 mile from my house and hangar by taxi way. our runway is 4400' feet long and 44' feet wide. the jet only needs half the runway to get into the air. when landing they land in the opposite direction which is slightly uphill and the jet has reverse thrusters which aide in getting the plane stopped. :cool

here is a pic of me standing next to the plane the day it flew in :biggrin

Cool shots Freddie.

Here is Floridaho Chris landing his R-44 in my driveway. He then flew me, my wife and dog to the local Airport where we go into his CJ II+ and then flew us to Orange County Ca and back. DBK accuses of me of having a man crush on him.....he and I debate that constantly however there is no doubt my wife and dog are ready to change sides! :lol

Is that the Sandpoint bridge off to the left?

Yes, that shot is from my bedroom window.

SteveA - Those are some great pix!!! i have flown a Robinson R-22 and my next door neighbor has a Robinson R-44 as well. lol, when the stock market is goin up he flies it everyday and when the stock market is goin down he parks it, lol. he also has a Legend kit plane with a turbine in it like the Pilatus PC-12 has but the Legend is a much smaller two seat aerobatic/fighter type plane that is very fast, agile and powerful. i am scared to get in it with him because we had two guys crash and burn at an airshow in our airpark one time in a Legend when they pulled up too quick on take off and gyro'd the plane straight into the ground in a dive nose first....

anyway, here is the vid of a Pilatus PC-12 taking off in my airpark > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJCKNAba9uY&list=FL2puy-yChG23YMY4TmB4hDA

Here is a pic of my Whipplecharged BIG Block Chevy Nordic Rage Muscle Boat parked next to it. lol, he runs on jet fuel and i run on avgas :lol

Gladiator, a top gun with the top cut off and no cabin. 5 seats and 2 fuel tanks. The important stuff.

I had the boat made in 04'. Home rigging job. My 3rd and last boat Chevy to Ford engine swap Project. The first was a Single 24' Warlock, then a 32' Fountain.

2112 - i must confess as much as i like airplanes i don't think i will ever buy one because i am always on the hunt for a Bigger boat :driving: i could very easily stuff a 40' foot Skater and a 40' foot Cig into my hangar and die happy. who needs a jacuzzi in a private jet when you got a stripper pole on your boat :cheers

Awesome boat 2112, I'd love to go for a ride someday. Freddie, if I ever purchase another boat it will be either a 32 Skater of possibly a DCB F-29/32. I just love the way air compaction tunnels run.

You guys have very nice toys :thumbsup:thumbsup:biggrin Especially love the powerboats!

:cheers
