I took the car for a short drive yesterday and coming in the opposite direction was a Viper the driver had his arm extended while holding up his middle diget proclaiming for everyone to see that the GT is Number 1!!!:wink

I love it!

Been there - seen that.

I have a friend here in Bowling Green who owns a Viper, and he also got the number 1 sign from a group of Corvettes in town this weekend to celebrate the C5 model. He also owns four Corvettes in addition to the Viper.

How classy.

Jelousy, its gets 'em everytime.

Had that happen to me ....

Earth calling GFORCE!

Still waiting for a Ferrari owner to give me the bird, I meant the number 1 sign. :banana

I would have yelled out "Yo Mama". :lol

Classless little gutter bugs. That's why they have nothing but jealousy.

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING. What a looser.

(The only digit I've ever seen while driving the GT is the vertical THUMB... usually about 2-3 times a trip. That, and people snapping cell phone pics every 5 minutes...)

Went for coffee this Sunday. Met up with a bunch of locals all getting together every Sun early AM. Took a die hard Viper guy for a ride!

He converted... When I left him he was still swearing at me for giving him a ride....:biggrin

Next weekend - I'll give the same ride to a vette fan :rofl

Hey,Gierkind,I think you don"t get it.

Im don"t like when they think i should drive a car that is better on gas.

Considering the amount of miles MOST GT's are driven in a year, their mileage is just NOT an issue. A city transit bus burns more fuel than that in a week. But, try to get that thru a "lib's" head...:frown

I met a Ferrari F550 owner at the local gas pump. He said the F550 was his favorite car and he bought it brand new in 1999. He had 4,000 miles on it. Granted, it did look brand new.

But, only 400 miles a year???

I'm at 4,200 miles, and I just bought my GT last October...
