Titanium X-Pipe exhaust for 2005 Ford GT

Having had a request from a European customer for a Titanium X-Pipe for his 2005 Ford GT we have now developed tooling to produce this exhaust to order.




The material is grade 2 titanium x 1.20mm wall thickness with 76.20mm overall diameter.
Fully Back-purged. (Inside of the exhaust filled with pure argon, providing a oxygen free and uncontaminated environment.
CNC waterjet cut flanges from 8mm thick titanium.
Mandrel bent tubing providing a smooth and true 76.20mm all round.
100% Tig welded to ensure a perfect weld.

The weight is just 2.2kg (4.85 lbs) - less than half the weight of a steel X Pipe and less than 10% of the weight of the standard muffler.

Supplied as per the pictures but this will colour up beautifully with heat.
Supplied with brackets and hardware to mount to the stock mounting points.

For US customers this is $2295 plus shipping ($80 for mainland US)

The weight was 2.2kg so well over 20kg saving over stock.
Sound wise it is similar to a steel X-Pipe maybe slightly louder in the car. The colour will improve over time especially when used on track. The car we fitted it to was running at the Bugatti Circuit at Le Mans, France a couple of weeks after fitting so I haven't had the chance to see it since but the owner loves it.
