I hear you Steve. We are just flat screwed! Liberalism/socialism/communism sucks! Someone once said that if you can't get it done on the soap box. You need to go to the ballot box. If the ballot box don't work anymore, then it's time to go to the ammo box. Are we getting closer to the latter? I believe it was one of our founding fathers who made this statement. :usa :usa :usa

Do to the opportunity this great country provided, most of the HARD workers and producers on this board have made it, ie we got ours.
It's our kidds and our kidds kidds that I worry about.
When all incentive and rewards are removed through jealousy and taxes this place will become third world.
There is nothing wrong with crus'n and chill'n unless you vote the government to sponsor it.

Steve, I agree! It seems the government always wants to punish success and reward failure. This is rampant in starting from the schools to government employees, up to our elected officials. Evolution exist only in private industry. I hope NV, TX, or FL will be good to live in the future. Almost any state will look good compared to CA in the future. The demographic trends will lead to more socialism in CA.

If it provides any hope to you guys, University of Florida, the largest in the state (nearly 50k students) has a larger amount of students listed conservative than liberal on the ever so popular facebook.com that most all students have registered for.

Hopefully my generation can use common sense and NOT want everyone to be equal, but rather want to have the chance to rise above average, since that doesn't appear to be what's being taught.
