Hey guys just posting to let you know we are taking offers for the GT500. There are no specs on the vehicle because we are going to let the highest bidder come down and build their gt500 to their liking.

Awsum is right on, that's why I offered off window, that plus the car seems to be in the 559- fresno area. Hope to close the deal tonight. Tommorow I need another $750 off the sticker.

How about a "reverse auction", where you say, "I'll buy a GT500 from whomever gives me the lowest price via private bid. PM me your best price within 24 hours to be included."?

Nice post, hopefully not successful.

I paid way over sticker for the GT, but I love the car.. But the gougers are makng a bad image in the world for USA.... Us naive Europeans fall for the stories, so why does he not go and try to sell in in the old continent right away...?

I'd pay 33,000.- USD.... if he want's I'll forward him the CCdetails of the Platinum ... :thumbsup
 
I would like to buy at gt500 at close to msrp, any tips.

I heard a rumor that may be in the cards... are you going to the Rally?
 
Unfortunately no, my car is not ready yet.
 
Unfortunately, the early reviews on the GT500 are un-inspiring. I know the magazine guys are not "all that' but, none are thrilled with the car.
I think Ford is using the Ford GT to inspire GT500 sales. I am not a buyer.
I am going for an '07 ZO6.
 
I think Ford should have a bunch of GT500 at the Rally, for MSRP or less, that interested parties can just take home with them. There is room on our transport :wink

Do you think they can get one built and painted with the Heritage colors by then :rofl
 
Bill, I got an '07 Z06 last week. Changes from 2006 include On Star with hands free phone, radio controls on the steering wheel and more road sound deadening. I wasn't expecting anything other than an incredible value, but I've found it to be an incredible car. The fully optioned Z06 is a race car with just about everything you would find in a luxury car.
 
I'm waiting for the 650hp 08 McLaren Viper SRT-10

The Chevy Dealers are telling me the '07's are already sold out, let alone MSRP or lower.
Hummmmm ...GTs at MSRP -$2500 and ZO6s ar MSRP + ... I don't get it.

Yes...that will be the one to wait for. ....maybe April of '07??
