Suit seeks to close Laguna Seca

From people that moved there knowing what was nearby. I don't understand why the courts don't throw out these kind of nuisance suits.



PS. If you google "Highway 68 coalition" they've been up to this stuff for a long time.

Interesting articles.
I am sure other states (red ones) would welcome the track to relocate.
I am surprised that they are not also complaining about the use of fossil fuels in
most of the vehicles… California.😊

They will not succeed, because
that track brings in millions in revenue.
CA used to be one of the best states to live in (used to be) but
now its being destroyed bit by bit in increments. Seems like we are fighting a losing battle out here more and more.
But we shall not surrender!

They've already caved on operating concessions in the past.
 
Laguna Seca won't close. Suit has been dismissed. I just watched the IMSA race there yesterday & I'm driving a 105 db day in July.
