Thought this might be of interest since there have been threads here in the past on the use of these plugs and the associated use of anti-seize on the installation of new plugs into our engines.

With the use of the compound, others have suggested a torque value of 10lbs over the factory recommendation of 13 w/o compound. Hope this is useful for those that are gearing up for the "Spring" freshening of your GT and other toys.
 
A 10mm plug is very small and requires very little tq. Ford Gt uses 12 or 14mm thread as all most Auto's use that big of spark plug. I have used antisieze for years with no issues.

I prefer NGK plugs and use anti sieze on my aluminum head boat motors. So far no trouble but I pull them regularly.

I wonder if ARP Ultralube would be a better alternative?
 
And that's some large goober of anti-seize in the NGK illustration. I use much less on my Porsche plugs. Keep it on the threads and off the seat. No problems since 1983.
