Stripes

Has anyone managed to successfully apply or recover their stripes.

Going for the matt black stripes but it looks a bit technical around the hood scoops.

I guess these would be covered using multiple pieces of odd shaped tape?

Also looking to have the front end clear shielded and the same would appluy or are the scoops left untreated?

Your thoughts and experiences gratefully received.

I never knew stripe kits were available!! The original stripes (center) are painted on, and only the side stripes were adhesive type.
