Some quick advice please

I sure could use some help and advice. Thanks to help from many on this site, I'm close to purchasing an FGT. I found one that seems just right (color, price, mileage) at Rocky Mountain Eurosport. Reasonable price (if any if these are reasonable these days).
But in looking across the web I see two concerns:
1. Although CarFax gives the car a clean bill of health, AutoCheck has no record of that VIN;
2. Rocky Mountain Eurosport seems to have a sub-par reputation.
Can anyone add any data or color here? Seems like a great car, and, subject to inspection, I'd like to put it in my garage.
OBTW, can anyone recommend an inpector to evaluate the car in the Denver area?
Thanks

Dont buy it.

Old saying; Buy the seller, not the goods

There are plenty of GTs, you shouldnt have to compromise at this price point.

Dont be affraid to buy out of state from a Ford Dealer either; shipping can $1k or even part of the package

2. Rocky Mountain Eurosport seems to have a sub-par reputation.

If true (and I know personally absolutely nothing about RME), why would you deal with a seller with a less than solid reputation?

My guess is that is it's probably not the best way to save money.

If it's too good to be true, it usually is (not true).

Don't Rush.

I agree totally with what has been said. In addition, you might consider finding an expert, such as The GT Guys, and having them inspect it for you. There are other qualified experts who could check everything out before purchasing. The cost would be minimal for piece of mind and money, IMO.

Contact the GT GUYS and have them fly in to inspect the car.
There are very few qualified experts of a FGT.
Good luck.

Your advice and my gut all match. I will pursue an alternative opportunity.
But the GT Guys? How best to reach them?

That's because they are constantly in motion, traveling all over the United States. Last seen in Tustin, California working on many, many Ford GT's...

They expertly installed my short shift kit on Tuesday of this week. Last time I met them up in Placerville, CA for an installation session.
