I'm looking in my mirror and it says "Objects in mirror are losing."

Thanks for the picture Gary. That was a blast.

Glad to have met you guys. What did you think of the museum?

It was nice to meet you as well. I'll let you know the next time we get together.

The museum was incredible. Gary and Andy took a bunch of pictures and I'm sure they will post them for those who have not been there. The Gurney Eagle, Mercedes SSK and Silver Arrow and GT40s were the highlights for me, but all the cars were off the charts. The detail and workmanship on the Eagle is simply amazing. The largest collection of Briggs Cunningham cars anywhere. Amazing.

What Paul said. The museum was way too much to absorb in one visit. It wasn't busy and the docents talked our ears off. One of the techs came by and opened up all the McLaren F1 panels and doors for us. Amazing stuff...like a 1913 Peugeot with DOHC 4V and dry sump.

Of course, spontaneous forumite encounters are the best. It was great to meet up with TACHY and paced. Al (forget his forum name) from Ft Myers was there too, but we couldn't find him. His brilliant black shadowman GT was a major attraction.

We went back to Naples Motorsports in the afternoon after the crowds were gone. Steve Saleen told us tales of doing burnouts with the Nardo car in front of the Ferrari factory.

Photos coming soon.

Museum was a gem. The company was even better!

Great day was had by all.

The museum was a small treasure of very high calibre.
