Shelby American Collection video

Our local CBS (Channel 4) has a show called Colorado Getaways and this week they had a spot on the Shelby American Collection. Steve Volk is one of the principals and owner of the GT40. I live about 20 minutes away.

In reviewing it there are two GT40s. Steve Volk owns the orange/brown one. That one was the one that Mario Andretti drove and wrecked. The green one that is on the main entrance is owned by (the family of) Larry H. Miller (Miller Motorsports). There is a strong linkage between the two and the two sites trade cars back and forth a lot. Miller's Daytona Coupe is often in that place in the museum. I'm betting the green GT40 will be back in Salt Lake before Rally 6
