Great site! Started reading 6mos. before buying my GT & all of you have supplied tons of info., but i still hit my head on the door.
I'm new & this is my 1st post so i don't know what i'am doing but wanted to get in on the Quickdraw run.

Please forgive this potential hyjack, but this is the first time I've heard of a battery charger coming with the car. I picked mine up last week (yipee!) and it does not have the charger or the cover. I've ordered a cover, but tell me more about the charger. Small, millivolt smart charger? Where does it plug in? The power takeoff on the dash? Thanks, guys.

There is a small charger that came with every car, it plugs into the cigarette lighter. You should have received a tow hook, front license plate bracket, if the car was a 2005 a portflio book as well. There are several threads on what came with the car. I hate to say it, but the search button is your friend.

Hey Quickdraw, newbie Rod here, if it's not too late just wondering if u could provide any info for our '06 #1915....

I wonder if u have any special info on the car outside of it being a Canuck... as we were told an semi-interesting story how it got to the dealer we purchased it thru...

Apparently our car was an extra car that was raffled between small dealers who did not have the volume for GT allocation - the dealer in Bobcaygeon won but did not want it so sold it to a Goderich dealer @ $7.5k CAN over cost (1/2 profit), car was then sold to us - well, technically we traded or Boss Mustang to Legendary Motorcar Co who bought the GT from Goderich for us.

So I guess our car went thru 3 dealers before us - lol!

Also not to Canuck buyers - we split the 50% profit that Goderich was going to take - in other words bought 3 below MSRP.... somethings ARE better to wait for.... considering last summer when the CAnuck cars hit the dealers they were avg 15-30k over MSRP!

Car had made several dealer moves beforeI recieved it, I think there were 4 on the title before me. Still only 36.8 miles and fully wrapped up new, that is with the exception of the book that came with it, which DBK so graciously provided during last year's meet.
