replace clutch

any ideas what is cost to replace cluth labor@parts, i will soon have to replace my clutch
 
you might get ahold of the gt guys, they are the ones I would use.

a gt has 550 hp which is nice but a whipple is better,
So 2 are good but 3 are better:willy :willy :willy

And now back to our regularly scheduled program...

I replaced mine about a year ago. If I remember right it cost about $3000 for a stock replacement and labor at a Ford dealer.

I'd start investigating the aftermarket options that are available now. May not be cheaper but they will hold more power and maybe last longer.

OK, the jokes can continue.
 
Go with a " Spec " clutch . Tony G and Heffner use these as replacements for high horse power cars...
 
It is rumored that the GTGuys can replace a clutch in 45 minutes.
 
contact southbend clutch in indiana they can build one
 
the issue I have seen with the spec clutches is that they are very hard to engage the car from a neutral to first when stopped.
