Rear Wicker Removal

I did a search and found nothing on the removal of the rear wicker.

Does anyone know how to remove this piece?

I took my license plate off and contorted my hand in the rear and felt a bolt and nut. I am guessing there are four bolts, but how do you get to them?

There are several screws that need to be removed from inside. Stock muffler will get in the way.

You will need to remove the rear facia to do this. Would be very difficult otherwise.
