Plastic strip at bottom of winshield

There is a small plastic strip that runs almost the length of the winshield that has come loose. I merely pushed it back on but the way it fits I am certain it will come off again. Should it be glued on? Any ideas? Thanks
 
Hey, mine did the same thing. Did you resort to glue?
 
Put a couple dabs of 3M #8008 weatherstrip adhesive on it.
 
I think mine is metal. It comes off on the driver's side, but I just push it back on. Thought about using some glass adhesive, like for rear view mirrors, but haven't done it yet.
 
3M Super Weatherstrip adhesive will work. I know an engine builder that used it to assemble a motor. When it was time to rebuild again he couldn't get the motor apart. Strong Stuff!!!
 
Mine is loose as well. Now that I think about it, I think they are all that way. Guess it's time to get out the 3m.
