Photo upload problems

When trying to upoload a couple photos, I'm getting this above the header at the very top of the page......

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpVZD1W8' to '/home/fordgt/public_html/gallery/uploads/530/DSCF3107.JPG' in /home/fordgt/public_html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 37

& this in the photo gallery message....

Unable to move file [/tmp/phpVZD1W8] [/home/fordgt/public_html/gallery/uploads/530/DSCF3107.JPG]

Any suggestions?
