My dad and his B-Partner bought an original MKI from CS in 68'. (See pic in avatar #p1060). The car was distroyed in 76'. He just took delivery of a blue no option 06' GT. (He felt that the stripes, red breaks and MAC would be to flashy for a 79yr old man). :lol
He calls almost daily to talk about a pully swap, Accufab and softer shocks. It's almost as much fun to watch him enjoy the car as it is for me to drive mine.
