Official stripe delete thread - roll call and pics

I searched and couldn't find a dedicated NO RACING STRIPE thread.

Production numbers for cars with No Racing Stripes:

2005
Yellow 4
Red 14
Blue 14
Black 58
White 8
Silver 16
TOTAL 114

2006
Yellow 2
Red 6
Blue 7
Black 55
White 4
Tungsten 25
TOTAL 99

GRAND TOTAL 213

Of the 213 grand total for both years, 113 were Black.
Only 100 cars for all other colors combined for both years.

I assume you mean the painted stripes. They were an option, not a delete. The tape side stripes were standard and could be deleted.

What exactly are you trying to do here? Lots of pix of all GTs colors without stripes on the forum.

Fair enough. "No Top Stripes" would be technically correct. I didn't think it would be an issue.

What exactly are you trying to do here? Lots of pix of all GTs colors without stripes on the forum.

The thread is to provide a centralized place for pics of no-stripe GTs for anyone interested, since I've not seen such a thread after searching.

Would you like to contribute any?

Documentation on STRIPE DELETE normally refers to an original no cost option of "no side stripes." Top stripes were an original option entitled PAINTED RACING STRIPES.
