OEM Windshield Replacement Availability?

I have a spare with the aerial mount on the side, Hope I never need it but will need the extension kit to install, has anyone used the extension kit
OK. Here are the antenna details. Today, I happen to be going to my Ford dealer and a windshield shop that does my windshields, so I got the following windshield details. Ford made the antenna connection change from the side of the windshield to the top center of the windshield on cars manufactured on and after 11/2/2004, per the windshield shop. This is consistent with the dates on the Ford notes attached. Only the top center antenna connector windshield is now available for all GT's. GT's made prior to 11/2/2004, with the side antenna connection, require the parts listed on the attached Ford notes. These parts are required to adapt the top center connect windshield to the car's side connection. Attached is a quote from my Ford dealer with additional details showing the parts are plenty available. If you want to use this Ford dealer to order the parts, I included the contact, his name is Jarred Gibson. Just picked the car up yesterday. The dealer installed (1) 5G7Z 18812 AA, (1) 4G7Z 18812 BB, and (2) 4G7Z 16163 AA. Part of the issue was the windshield had been replaced. The original had the antennae connection in the lower corner and the replacement had the antennae connection top center. The relocation kit had never been installed. Radio works great now! The amplifier really makes a difference. Thanks for all your info.
