Odyssey battery

I took some pre-emptive measures today and changed my stock battery in my 2006 to the 25PC1400 Odyssey battery. I noticed when I put the tray back into the car it seemed to be resting on the battery just enough to make the hood close more difficult than with the stock battery. I did not measure the two as the above was the recommended on the forum. Has anyone else noticed this?

There is a post on the correct Odyssey battery. I think it is in the tech section. A search should pull it up.
 
Thanks. This is the model recommended but it appears to be a little tall, interferring with the tray slightly. I just wondered if anyone else had this issue. Not a big deal but not an exact fit in my case.
 
I believe if you search the threads on Odyssey someone else mentioned this and gave their solution. Hope it helps.
