NFGT - looking for an authorized Houston area repair facility

At one time, Sterling McCall in Houston was doing quite a few warranty/service/repairs on the NFGT's. I understand that tech has since moved on and is no longer there. Where is everyone taking their car now for service and repairs? Is Sterling McCall still the "go-to"? Looking for recommendations on where to take the car - willing to trailer within Texas if needed.
Thanks in advance!

That's what I heard - my last service experience with him was just that.... my "last" experience with him.....

I think Sam Pack in Dallas is still working on them. Where are the Texas guys when you need them.

I know, right.......?!?!

Sewell Ford in Odessa, Texas, has been awesome to work with on both my 18 & 05.
Joe Sicoli has provided some great direction remotely as well. Sam Pack- well I was told not to say anything if you can’t say something good- so I won’t comment on that dealership. Sewell Ford is less than 5 minutes from my place. Should you decide you want to use them, send me a PM and I’ll help however I can.

I would go with Sewell in Odessa, Texas! Paul Bruner works for my old Dealership (Cook Ford) in Texas City, Texas and will do any work needed on my 2017 Ford GT! He’s the only one who has ever worked on it! Cannot Do warranty work because Dealership is not approved! Sewell Family runs first Class Dealerships!

Are you looking for "warranty" work or just some service etc? If its something specific like warranty to be covered obvioulsy no choice but a dealership. Personally, I try to avoid dealerships at all costs if possible. I have Kevin at M2K Motorsports handle all my GT stuff (new and old) but depending on what you need might not be an option. If anything I can help you with please reach out.

I have primarily used Sterling McCall (after Paul departed, Matt was their tech). Now Matt has left and they have another tech in place that I have no experience with. I attempted to use Mac Haik Ford once and will not use them again after a very negative experience. I have also used BlueBonnet Ford in New Braunfels with good results. Given the number of GTs in the Houston area, options are pretty limited. I am about to send my 2020 Ford GT into Sterling McCall for a hydraulic fault and can provide some feedback after that service is completed.
