New tie strap holddown for tire inflator in trunk area.

HELP ME PLEASE!!! I checked with my small local Ford dealer, but they could not find part number. Does anyone know how I can order a new tie strap holddown for the tire inflator in trunk area. I'm sure it's a part of the tube and as such not sold separately. Warranty, buy the entire unit yourself or get creative and fabricate a new one yourself.
