New T.T Billet intake

I know they claim development cost is high but I can't understand why tuners aren't doing more with variable vane turbos. I love them on my Touareg.

They aren't too shabby on my 911 Turbo S w/ PDK either!

Intake manifold is gettin closer:willy

That looks great.

Does it slope down as you move forward or is that an illusion?

I can imagine you may want to squeeze the air as it moves north?

That is a big ‘ol slice of badass pie!

Yes it slopes down towards the front...

I love the milling lines in it, don’t polish it.

Don't plan on it:D

To even out flow or keep the "squeeze" on the air?

Are you going to produce and sell these?

I would imagine those milling ridges would act like Mini fins and help cooling by dissipating heat a little better. Polished aluminum does not dissipate heat as well as porous or finned aluminum surfaces. That manifold looks tits!

Yes I will be able to make more of them if someone is interested. We use air dynamics program aswell in designing it, so it shows flow and all the good stuff like that:) So yes there is a reason to the slope.
