I know the big news is the GT, but lets not forget about the little Mustang.....................

R model Mustangs are a special bunch. Those out there that have owned or driven one know exactly what I am talking about.:wink

I'm excited to see Ford introducing a car who's last model year was 2000.
From the killer looks and FPC noises this will be an awesome street car and a track rat as well.

So I would Imagine it will be a 2015..? That would make sense to coincide with the 50 year anniversary of the very first "R" mustang.

It would be nice to see the new one along side it's siblings at the next SAAC event.:thumbsup

We have 2 of the 3 past models, so I have interest in this car for sure. No AC and no back seat are great tributes to the heritage of the "R". 1st ever OEM production use of a carbon fiber wheels is cool also.

Pricing?
Car looks awesome.
Let's see; 10 spd tranny, twin turbo EcoBEAST Raptor. Check
350 HP Focus RS. Check
500+ HP NA, flat plane crank Shelby GT350 & GT350R. Check
Ultra Gonzo, new mid engine, 600+HP GT. Check

Somewhere in Detroit, GM execs are sobbing...

We have one as well. The newer one without the radio. :)
