The stripe is the only option on the car. I don't think they gave him a discount; I'm fairly sure it was sold through Village Ford.

My old man is trying to get Gulf #498 signed by him after he takes delivery at VF in February.

I guess the person writing the article didn't know enough about cars to find out how he has modified his own personal car but if I know Pardo I am sure he is going to trick it out in some way.I am surprised he chose white as a color after talking a lot about the virtues of Tungsten.

What makes Pardo fascinating is the way he can "oush the envelope"--being outlandish in an industry that is pretty conservative.

Has anybody seen any articles on O.John Coletti--who is credited as one of the guys who thought up bringing back the Ford GT but retired soon after it began production. Was his leaving Ford normal retirement (he had been there 30 years) or was he pushed out when the Ford GT had those recalls?

Curious in Cleveland (not really in Cleveland but it rhymes...)
