Need help to I.D. this car!

It might well be of interest to you, that this might well be a kit car where they have tried to copy an original cougar while using copy bodies and jaguar running gear. One thing that I notice straight away is no badge on the grill on the red car where the picture of the green car has a badge on the grill. I would think, depending on the price of the car would give it away as to whether it is a copy or a genuine car
 
I had noticed that also and had pointed it out to my friend. Thanks for the advice though, very much appreciated.

Also,the grille is polished on the green car. Idon't know which is right, but he has been pointed in the right direction thanks to this forum.
