Need Ford guy help shipping Maverick

Bought 2 Maverick Lariat trucks for employee gifts. Took nearly a year. 1 arrived 2 months ago.

However, the other one in transit to dealer since JUNE 2cd.

Dealer Rep has no clue what to do. Someone with enough HP to say take this truck to the dealership now.

Ps. My new F150 is also past it's 3 week due date at dealer.

Ford Rep just said he has no idea. May 15th shipped to dealer. Still missing.
