I'm new to the forum, and I must say that is a beautiful car - great wheel choice and I think the plate is very fitting for the GT.

I'm curious, do you find the 2R to be pedestrian by comparison?

Thanks, I'm happy with the progress of the car so far.

The 2R is anything but pedestrian.

Agreed on 2R.

Congrats again on the car and the wheels look great, think I will do a "center lock" as well as I believe it gives a nod to the GT40?

In the pics the LP looked light silver, but I see in your sig it is white. Either way it's awesome looking.
 
Side stripes off. Leaving the logos for now. Much cleaner IMO.

Balloon White, it's an odd color.

Yep, red looks better without stripes. I think the only one that I am not sure about is white. They seem to look better with stripes.

I would love to drive the GT to TI, I am absolutely obsessed with driving it right now but I believe it will be staying in Houston.

Your car looks great with stripes removed.
