Love The New Stripe Look!!

We'll I just installed my side New Stripes. The look exceeded my expectations which are always high !! To me this rounded font matches the wonderful curves of the GT.
I want to Thank Mike At Autotrim Design for making this happen. I provide all the dimensional data and the Font Concept and he made it happen. I think they liked the end result they added it to their GT offering so if you would like this look yourself it is now available. I'll be doing the Red and white car as well the contrast should really pop on that color combo. I have no financial interest is this product but they did give me some design credit. Like the GT it looks much better in person !! Here's a link to the product.

Btw, is the original side stripe painted on or a film?

The OEM side stripes are tape. The top stripes are painted.

You can remove them carefully while using a a hair dryer to heat up the area a bit.

Mr Cobrar1339 is correct the new side stripe is high quality vinyl also . The conversion is relatively easy and painless ..:thumbsup

But in the first pic your side skirt looks misaligned under the "RD"...

Thank Ford for the panel mis alignment. The angle of the photo exagerates the difference. Most GT suffer from that on the passenger side.
If you look at the other passenger side photo that's straight on it looks fine..

Lazycat, I mean no offense, but this reminds of the lettering on the older Porsche Carrera Gt's. Maybe it will look better on the RED car.
