I have a colleague that is looking to purchase a GT40 replica. He’s ok with used and isn’t looking for anything special as his budget is on the low side. Any leads would be great. Thanks

Best bet is to check the Superformance/Hillbank site. They have a fair number of used sorted out cars. Occasionally one will show up on the www.cobracountry.com site. They're not "cheap" any more.

The Factory Five GTM cars certainly aren't literal GT40 replicas, but pretty exotic looking and very good bang for the buck, especially used ones.

Well, this one at 250K is not cheap, but it'll be one of the very best GT40s you can lay your hands on short of one of the originals

(I don't know how long Cobra Country links persist, and it is full of pictures, so I'm going to copy/paste, but it might not all survive)

You might want to both post an inquiry on "gt40s.com"...and check their "GT40s for sale" forum.

There many GT40 owners/former owners there...

It's hard to tell but I think he has a wrecked or possibly a factory spare parts chassis of a 06 Ford GT and is looking for some parts and not a wrecked GT40 (replica, because if he had an original he'd know precisely where to go and it wouldn't be here). OP, can you clarify?
