Looking for a broken small gauge

Hello all,
I'm looking for a broken smaller gauge that someone would be willing to part with, for donor parts. I'm learning how to fix these!

What for? There isn't a cottage industry here. Replacement small gauges are available from Autometer with a no-fail design for around $200 each.
 
Hi Tony,
Didn't realize that I could still buy those. I've been able to repair all of mine except the ones with Microcontroller issues. 25% of the time its the micro. Was hoping that it was a quick fix for me if someone had a bad gauge. Was able to fix the Tach and Speedo too. Ones mans junk is another mans gold. Just trying to get this car built!

If you have a recipe for the tach and speedo there is a market for that as the only solutions are originals from Ford (which can fail again) or to replace the entire panel with speedhut. I think Rich (GT Guy) might have a fix for the big ones but it's been pretty quiet about it if so.
 
I have a bunch of gauges. Most good.

Rich must be pretty busy because I tried to email him about my speedo gauge and he never answer my email.

Maybe I shouldn't reply for him but I think it's safe to say he's got a workload for a bit.
 
Rich replaced my tach and speedo with his new design. I had him replace all the small gauges at the same time with AutoMeter’s newest design.

Did you have to remove the tach and speedo and send these gauges to him to rebuild?
 
You send him cash and your broken gauge and he sends you a nicely refurbished working gauge,
