Just got back from a Lexus sponsored event in Newport Beach. For the 20th anniversary of the LFA concept in 2005, Lexus US gathered 42 cars and their owners. The paid for the cars to be shipped by Reliable Carriers out to California. Hotel/food also covered! We stayed at the Pelican Hill Resort. We visited the Calty Design Center and caught a glimpse of possibly the new LFR. Lexus very tight lipped about their new GT offering with no confirmation of drivetrain etc. We had a spirited drive in the hills Friday and then attended South OC C&C on Saturday. A world class event with a record number of LFA’s together, including four Nurburgring cars.
