What a bummer for #70. However, the car still made it to the pits!

I guess we could say it is certainly BUILT FORD TOUGH!
 
I'd be surprised if the 70 came back into the race. Signifigant damage
 
What a sad sad picture of the #70 GT entering the garage for repairs. Tough repairs. Here's hoping the Matech team takes it easy and safe. no hot doging. Still very early in the race. Tomy
 
I can't believe that thing was driveable, unreal...... Entire frame is bent to all hell.
 
The amazing thing is to see the Belgian GT, broken, finished, now just a collection of loose parts, pull it together and actually limp back to the pits. What incredible heart.

I'm a little disappointed Speed is not showing the GT's as much as they should.

Is it SPEED's feed or is it the official race feed?
 
I'm seeing plenty of the Ford GT's in screen shots in/around the Audi LMP1's, although they rarely mention the FGT, or GT1 class at all. Send Speed an e-mail, I did ,it is a 24 hour race. They'll figure out that there are four classes eventually.
 
I have to imagine the GT's have on board cameras we can watch at a later date. I hope so....

Speed's race coverage stinks but at least they are broadcasting the race instead of Pinks. Yuck.
 
Whats the deal with the #70 GT in the pits? Or maybe it crashed out? I thought they only had 60 and 61... :confused
 
TV5 i am sure is broadcasting if you drill down into your French cable channels...

Though Pinks is true shlock!
 
Good shot of our 61 car in pits and a little story of the "girl" team for 61. Saw Natacha was back in race after an electrical glitch. It's streaming live on Speed.com for those interested in catching what is current running order, etc.
