James Cameron, hypocrite with good taste

Cameron the director of Avatar is getting the Al Gore treatment --ie he wants to save the planet but folks are pointing out he owns mansions, and fleets of fuel guzzling stuff like Helicoptors. There is a youtube spot where there is a running list of his toys and included is a "Ford GT". They point out his famous line "we have to get used to living with less."

Not smart enough to paste here, but on YT search "Cameron--hypocrite". I will say no more so as to avoid the political rules of the Board (though I would be tempted to quote something similar to Chip's signature).

Shelby, keep your eyes open the pressure may get to him. ( or maybe he has the new electric GT)

One thing I can't stand is hypocrisy but there seems to be so much of it these days.

'Do as we say and not as we do' seems to be a common practice within the eco community.

I know of one individual who's claimed that "global warming" will result in the coastal areas of Cali being swallowed by the Pacific Ocean...and then he went out and bought a large home right on the Cali coast. (I wonder if the 'warming' argument was used during price negotiations?)
