Anyone know what to use to clean the brushed aluminum door pieces? When I cleaned the leather I got some conditioner on the aluminum and it streaked pretty bad. Any help will be appreciated.

You might just try some rubbing alcohol on a rag. Test a small spot, shouldn't hurt the finish...

I agree, rubbing alcohol works great:cheers

It cleans brushed aluminum better than anything I have come across.

100 octane works great, and smells great too!:biggrin

116 smells better and it's blue!:rofl

But don't smoke in the car after any of the above cleaners both alcohal and gas clean aluminum but the vapors are very flamable.

It's called being in the hot seat! :wink :lol

I wouldn't mess with anything too harsh.

A little glass cleaner should remove the residue.

Just in case any of you have any ideas or takes me seriously, PLEASE, do not use gas! :lol

Lighter fulid is good, but you need to wipe off the residue with some soapy water.

Careful. I believe I accidently got some window cleaner on the horn button which ruined the emblem. The emblem is not sold separately; it's a part of the $700 air bag.

Thanks for the input. I think I'll try the rubbing alcohol.
