illustrated parts catalog

After looking for some spare parts, reviewing my workshop manual, I realized that it is not so easy to identify (by part number) special items. Does anybody now if there (and where) is an illustrated FGT parts catalog available (with exploded assembly drawings) ? Has anbody these as a pdf-file?

Therefore I was asking about the parts catalog with exploded assembly drawings.... If I would have the drawings I could figure out the part names in English and related numbers. Otherwise it would be a kind of fishing in the dust :eek (or how do you say :confused ) if I tell you I would need screw A and bolt B of item C. Do you know where I can get hold of to that kind of parts catalog or is it only available for Ford vendors and not for customers?

You can get repair manuals from www.helminc.com the stuff I have I pay for monthly
 
Thanks and checked it but can't find a parts catalog there - only an online service information subscription :confused
I have the workshop manual but there are no exploded drawings with parts. Any idea for such a parts catalog to identify special items?

Hi Torrie....

The odometer on my GT has failed and it seems that it's not possible to buy a replacement unit in isolation - you need to buy the entire assembly. Would you be able to tell if there's a part number or anything to suggest that the odometer might be available on it's own?

Not a warranty item?
 
That should be covered. But as you stated its not sold outside of the cluster.
