I upgraded but cant post items for sale? need help

I paid the 250USD for the upgraded account. I still cant post a car for sale. Is there another step after I buy my membership to unlock the benefits of a membership?

I am having the same issue as Viper04. I purchased a MkII membership on 8/10, still no sign of an upgrade on my profile as of 8/16. Any help would be appreciated.

I have same problem. Upgraded to lifetime and still restricted where I can post.
