I got my Ford GT (photos)

Piccola,

Piccola, pick Cola, pic Cola, pick Sprite, we all owe you an apology tonight, we are all racists here, going faster in our gear. Show vin. is tic(ket) we have been.

A lass hath finally appeared.

The smoking jackets and stuffy rooms must clear, a warm welcome we wish is near. Welcome to the forum here.

You have balls, just simply to appear. In such a group as this. Mainly men yea, but our kindred be not in gender, but of likes.

A chick you ask for, be not I. But my welcome from mine eye.

Enough of this ryme me riddle.

Fiddle, :biggrin

Allan

PS Glad your aboard broad :cool . You've heard the last of fluff, when I post the word 'guys', you're included, welcome to this club. :cheers

PSS If you feel like it, any special reasons you like the GT?

Eric,

Just saw my first midnight blue GT last week end. Very nice colors in person. Enjoy that ride.

Welcome!

I think you are the first, at least the first to post and ask. :cheers

Hmmm, let's see, because perhaps you are! And lots of us were wondering if there were any women who were or want to be behind the steering wheel so welcome. But since you brought the gender issue up here's a question: How do we know you're a woman in these often anonymous cyber spoofing times? :shrug For all we know you could be a big fat hairy male chauvinist Ford GT-loving pig, not that there's anything wrong with that!!! :banana

I'm not a big hairy guy, but a 28 y/o girl who owns a sports car (though I must admit that she's foreign & not quite as powerful as the GT). I love cornering at high speeds & just going fast - hence some of my other sports like skydiving... One of the attys I work with (K-P Garage) recently bought a beautiful red & white GT that I've had the pleasure of drooling over, though I think he's afraid to let me take it for a spin... :biggrin I also have an Italian friend who I almost talked into buying the GT, but unfortunately it looks like he's steering towards a Ferrari... :frown I don't write much on the site, but enjoy reading about the car & looking at them as this has recently become my fav sports car!

Ciao bella MJ...!

Piccola,

tell Salvatore he is making a big mistake !

ciao

Stefan

Piccola,
You'll find the men on this site are not only discriminating auto enthusiasts but also fine gentlemen. On behalf of them all (if they'll permit) we welcome you aboard.

PipeLion,
Thanks for the kind words about the Midnight Blue with Stripes color and thank you for that fine literary welcome to Piccola.

Stefan,
You are too funny man! Hopefully, "Salvatore" will take your advice.

Eric

Pipelion, thanks for the unique welcome. No need to apologize & I hope you don't change the way you write on my account!! Based on my life style, I'm more often than not "one of the guys." Plus, you all have given me some great laughs!! Re: your question... It was love at first sight. All that speed & power in a beautiful package. I think the question should be, how can you NOT like the GT? :wink

Piccola,

Well said,

Allan

Piccola, really glad you're not a hairy guy, we've got plenty of those here already. Sounds like you really enjoy and appreciate fun cars, we're glad you're here! :cheers

Ciao carissima!
come va`? Si sono impegnato pero` il tempo per scriverti lo trovo sempre, no?! ...ma come fai a vivere senza di me?! ..hehehe Va beh, ho scritto una mia opinione sulla discussione che riguarda le strisce sulla macchina...ma sono
tutte cosi` belle! Tu quale preferisci? Beh, ci sentiamo. A presto :tongue

Ciao Piccola,

ufficiosamente anche da me. Peccato che non ci siamo incontrato l'altra volta in FLA. Allora, adesso scriviamo in Italiano qui.? Cosi gli altri non capiscono piu un ca..o ! :lol Potrebbe essere molto divertente...? Non lo so...

Pero, siamo al minimo una diecina proveniente da Italia ed intorno.. un abbraccio a tutti questi ,

stefano

PS: Salvatore ha da vero gia deciso ? Cosa vuole prendere, una 430..? :willy

Ciao ragazzi,

:wink

Adesso devo andare. Ciao!! MJ

Stefan, sei terribile!

OMG! I cannot believe you just wrote that!!!! Only my 2nd day of writing on here & you've already managed to embarrass me! :O We are friends & that's all I'm going to say about that......

Stefan I know it might be hard, but behave yourself. Do NOT translate what I wrote! It was in Italian for a reason...

That phrase does not hold true for all GT owners, only him... (This is not going to turn into a matchmaking site.) I am lucky enough to know 2 amazing guys who also happen to own GTs.

Well, you just met about 500 others. :biggrin

Welcome.

thanks AZGT

Hey, sorry.... very sorry.... BUT you must understand we love to have you here on the site ! :wink Finally a rampante ragazza, that also races cars, is on the wild side, and not just a quiet flower looking good ! Don't you know guys that like 550bhp+ are all totally amazed about that !?
As AZGT wrote... you just met 500+ others, like it or not... :biggrin

Don't get so delicate. I don't translate nothing anymore... In fact, just forgot I speaken italian.. :rofl

un abbraccio

stefan

No worries. I would never get mad at you - just don't want people getting ticked off at my comments & thinking I'm some kind of...well, you know. You can speak in Italian to me any time you want... :wink

I'm considering upgrading my little "non-GT" car to bump up the hp & making a few other minor modifications, so I enjoy reading about everyone's thoughts on messing w/the car's computer system, supercharger vs turbo, etc... (even though I have a different car & some of the technical jargon gets lost on me, it's definitely useful info). I don't know all the ins & outs of the car like you guys seem to do, but I do love to go fast! :banana

All right, Ms. Piccola, tell us what ya drive. And trust me, many of us do not know as much about the GT as we'd like to. But as a group, we're crazy about the car and most of us are willing to share and learn from collective experience. And buy a GT when you can! In the meantime, sweet talk K-P Garage into testing his, tell him it's only a car!! :thumbsup
