Has anyone had any modification work done in Houston? If so by whom? What was your experience / Would you recommend them?

Please let me know / PM me if you can offer any suggestions. My GT is presently stock except for some K&N drop-in filters and an SCT flash tuner.

I'm contemplating either a pulley on the stock blower or a Whipple. My greatest reservation is that I don't want my car f*cked up by some random yo-yo.

Jess, pls feel free to come by our shop. We have a 635 rw hp pulley/tuned/exhaust GT in the shop right now that you can check out. We are getting ready to install a Whipple on it, which you can check out this kit too.

You can call and speak with either Jennifer or Jason. I will be tied up with an overseas client in town visiting most of tomorrow. But I should be freed up later in the day. My cell phone is 713-828-7676 if you would like to call me directly.

Jess,

Hennessey did pulley and tune on my car at about 4500 miles...almost a year ago...dyno'd 640rwhp and 589 on torque. I have the dyno sheets. He had my car for a day and a 1/2 and I am completely happy. I have 9100 miles on my car and some of these are track miles. I also had an IDA exhaust that I was not happy with. Hennessey put the Heffner exhaust on for me , in one day, out the next. Feel free to PM and I will give you my phone number.

Jess, As a Ford Dealer and a previous Chrysler-Dodge dealer for 25 years I have personally known John Hennessey for some 10-12 years and have sent many viper clients to him and all clients were very happy with their work. When John offered to ship my GT to Newport Beach, Calofornia for our Rally I had the honor of John showing me a tour of his facility and man was it impressive. Every lift had either a Viper or a GT on it with two to three mechanics working on each car. I think i counted 8-9 lifts. In fact John showed me Mario Williams (Houston Texans) Ford GT they were twin turboing and John was hopeing to bring our Rally but didn't finish it in time. In fact John had to back out at the last minute because of the amount of work in his shop that week. I was very impressed with his operation and him personally overseeing each project. He's first class and is his operation. HE IS THE KING OF SPEED. Visit his shop and see for your self. Tomy Hamon
