Help from Ohio owners

I'm plotting our trip from St. Louis to Dearborn. We can either go up through Indiana, or up through Ohio (Dayton to Toledo). The point is to get to Toledo. I've heard many horror stories about traveling through Ohio and the myriad of speedtraps. Do you Ohio guys recommend driving up through Ohio or should we stay in Indiana?

The cops love to use laser on Ohio. I have a laser jammer on my daily driver, I am considering putting one on the GT. However, if you stay at 10 over, you should be fine.
