guys running 20/22 wheels

This question is for a friend of mine, but I remember reading here that Pirelli discontinued the 335/30/22 tire they used to make.

I did a quick search and cant really find another good option on tires for someone wanting to run 22s in the back. The closest Ive seen is 305/40/22 off road truck tire.

Anything else out there?

Nothing with an acceptable speed rating...just suv tires...

New 385/15-22 tire from Kumho. WAY wider, but maybe this will work....

Not that I'm suggesting a rubber band around your wheels will do you any good, but then again, the roads around my place would preclude me using a 22 anyway, even with off road tires!! :wink

I bought Kumho's after reading road tests done by Grassroots and others. Never was very happy with them. Hope these are better.

I'm suprised they say they will work with 430's.
