The best dealer mechanic in Ontario is Mike Hacking at Polito Ford in Lindsay. He is on the forum , monitors what happens here and has spoken to gurus like shadowman etc. I have no idea how much farther they are from your choices in Montreal.

Whatever you do don't take it to Formule Ford in Granby (near the border) .
They are SVT but they left mine out in the dirt for me to pick up and their service is horrible
