Front Wheel Width

Can anybody tell me how wide the front wheels are on the GT. I have a very slight scrape so I ordered a new one. I think the dealer may have sent me the wrong one though, it's 12.25'' wide. Thanks in advance.

My notes indicate the wheels are 18x9 and 19x11.5
