Ford vs Ferrari movie

Interview with Damon and Bale. Apologies if it has been posted before.

Just excellent. Haven't seen it before. Thanks for the post.

For those of you that still have cable tv in your home (me) “Ford Vs Ferrari” debuts on HBO this Saturday at 8:00 pm Eastern / 7:00 pm Central, etc.

Every time HBO runs Ford vs Ferrari I know where to find my GT puppy. He loves that movie.

That's neat about your puppy. Led me to wonder about what and how dogs process television, which led me to this article, which I learned a few interesting things from.

Also, did you know there is a DogTV, which shows at a dog friendlier frame rate?

This weekend, I was given the honor to guest judge and select the winner of the Ford vs. Ferrari category of authentic film cars at a local car show. I inspected each of the made for movie vehicles and interviewed owners for background details. The car that I chose had the best interior - such that it was used for the majority of interior cockpit filming, and a purposely weathered exterior to match the desired (but fabricated) look of a race car. I chose the clone car that lead the majority of the race, and would have earned Ken Miles the Triple Crown. I picked the Miles/Hulme #1 Ford GT 40. It had been recreated down to the road racing endurance grime (using hair spray).

I really liked this layout of cars and liveries.

More photos from the Ford vs. Ferrari movie cars. Proud to say that the car literate kids recognized the cars from the movie / history.

Also ran into Mike Brewer, from the TV Show, "Wheelers and Dealers." Last time I talked with him, was when I had been hired to shoot still photographs for one of the show episodes.FordvsFerrariCarShow-9304.jpgFordvsFerrariCarShow-9305.jpgFordvsFerrariCarShow-9276.jpgFordvsFerrariCarShow-6364.jpg

Not featured in the movie, but a neat Ferrari.

Fantastic car. Built by Peter Giacobbi, former director of engineering at DeLorean among other things. Below are 2 links with video about the car, and a Forza article as well. What a labor of love!
