Warranty has expired on 95% of GTs out there already, so is your car still under warranty? If not then that would not be a concern in my opinion....
Anyway, We sell many mods along with several other vendors on here also. The search button will help you big time :)

Bang for the buck: pulley and tune, exhaust, tranny cooler, short-throw shifter. Plenty of posts here covering all of these.

thank you for the input, everyone am not a GT owner, as yet, but have the bug, per se have had a lot of fun with a 2005 E55/211 AMG that is RENNtech Stage 4 modded with: Evosport phenolic spacers, secondary heat exchanger, toe-links etc seldom track, but with a good driver (not me) should run low/mid-11's for a saloon. anyway, there's about a handful of stablemates that I'm considering, and none are very much alike:

Ford Gt
AM Vanquish S
AM DB9
GT-R
MB SL65 (or 63) AMG
MB CLK 63 Black Series

my E55 is a daily driver and considering de-modding, but the mods really just make for a healthier car, given the extra cooling package and added air-flow throughout the engine.

do have to say though, that the FGT seems very distinct unto itself and am a big fan of the car: power/performance, looks, heritage, limited production and will be a collector's car. and if one decides to mod, seems ever so-slight upgrades have a significant amount of incremental power.

thanks.
