He says he has a "high reserve", but I don't see that this is an auction with a reserve on it.... is it actually an auction with a reserve??? He also mentions "no paypal", but his preferred method of payment is paypal??
Anyway, I agree with him that this is a great item, and one of the few "holy grails" of GT collecting...I would have thought it would be up to $800 or so by now (at least considering how the pace car banner did a few weeks ago on ebay!)

I got lucky and bought mine early on...got it at 350..the next one I saw went for over 700..I have only seen 2 ever come up on ebay.

I was also offered just the DVD for $15, but I turned it down after I got the whole can package. It's a bitchin item with the shredded ferrari paper.., etc. I have just about have one of everything, and this is one of my favorites.

Like I said, mine came from (or on behalf of - who knows) Willie II's office.
Actually I think less then 250. Maybe Dave would know. They went to the big dog Ford dealers who sold over a billion dollars in Ford's or something like that. It was one of those 'give a ways' that know one thinks about at the time...then they cant retrieve them from the trash when they realize what they threw away. I hear they're bitchin, but have never seen one in person...betcha is going to go for big bucks...very unique promo peice that's for sure.

Agreed. One of these days we'll have to start a collectibles thread. Though I only joined the party a couple of months ago, I've been diligent at work collectin'. I'll need a few more months so I don't embarass myself against you veterans.
