Not a single person makes a wasted move. They must practice that for years before they actually get to do it at a race. No old farts invited to the party. I can change a tire pretty quickly, but I think I'd rather have these guys in the van along the highway!
 
That... is astounding.
 
The days of getting out, walking around the car, telling the mechanic it understeers in turn 2 and asking if he have a "quick" look at the front end, having a cool drink, and checking your fingers are all in your gloves properly before you get back in the car are long over.

I believe Red Bull Racing had a sub 2 second stop last season. The times have plummeted since the no fuel added rule.
