Well on the plus side I don't think he will have any trouble keeping up!

Nice video - good to see Chip on film too!

I like the look of that track, we really don't have spaces like that in the UK, looks fabulous.

I'd love to - but I just can't do it at the moment for a dozen different reasons. However I would really like to come over at some point and connect with those I feel I know so well on this forum!

How about "connecting" in 'Vegas? :banana You've never been there as I recall...:frown

(The Spring Mt. track isn't very far from there.)

You're right, I've never been West, my US experience is probably 50 trips to New York (and up state NY) on business, and further business trips to Chicago, Atlanta, Boston and Washington - oh, and a couple of trips to Puerto Rico. I've never made a leisure trip to the USA, so my experience is limited to five star hotels, which look the same no matter where you are in the world.

I need to see the US, I also rather like Americans. Well, the ones I've met so far!!

I'll wager you'd find The Wynn in 'Vegas (five star/five diamond) IS a little different should you decide to stay there.:lol :thumbsup

(By the way, IGNORE what Sam is about to post regarding said establishment! :rofl)

Nice to see the GT represented well by Chip!

This was filmed last February as a part of Tim Cantwell's Stig's Day Out.

Chip's TT GT was the SuperCar star of the day.

Really Expensive Camera Car.

Gentlemen,

That was a fun day. Here is a photo of an even more expensive Ford GT camera car that also resides in Scottsdale today. #1074, sister car to Gulf GT #1075, raced but did not win at Le Mans. In 1970 is was cut up (roof sawed off) and used as the camera car during the filming of Steve McQueen's "Le Mans". Purchased and restored to race ready condition with a new roof by Harley Cluxton (who still owns it), #1074 resides not too far from my home today.

Chip
